RT-079 is a self levelling, one-component silicone rubber, which cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture in the air. The elastomer has good mechanical and very good electrical properties.

Processing
RT-079 shows good primer less adhesion to cured silicone rubber and many substrates. We recommend to run preliminary tests to optimize conditions for the paricular application.

Storage method and shelf life
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
Precautions
When applying glue, ensure ventilation. Avoid leaving uncured glue in contact with skin for extended periods of time. If it accidentally splashes into your eyes, rinse quickly with plenty of water and seek medical treatment. Keep away from children.
